Terms and Conditions
Planwise does not compare all providers in the market or all services offered by our partners and providers in your area. Not all providers or services are available to all customers. The Platform may be used to connect you with a provider, variously credentialed and experienced based on the applicable jurisdiction (“Therapist” or “Financial Advisor”) who will provide services to you through their platform.
Any advice provided by Planwise is of a general nature and does not take into account your specific objectives, financial situation or needs. You need to consider the appropriateness of any information or general advice Planwise gives you, having regard to your personal situation, before acting on Planwise’s advice or paying for services with suggested providers.
This website (“Website“) is owned and operated by Planwise Australia, registered office at 320 Lorimer St, Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Each webpage on the Website is operated and governed by Planwise. In these Terms of Use, “we”, “our” and “us” means Planwise.
Provider Services
The providers are independent providers who are neither our employees nor agents nor representatives for Planwise. The Platform's role is limited to operating the Platform and enabling the directory services, by providing the necessary technical and administrative support. The Company does not itself provide the services and is not a healthcare entity. The providers themselves are responsible for the performance of the their relevant services and remain fully independent when performing their services.
If you feel the services provided by the provider do not fit your needs or expectations, you may change to a different provider as suggested by Planwise. While we have a large database of service providers, you should note that, not all service providers available on our database will be available for you to match with, or at any particular or convenient time, or for any set period of time.
While we hope the Planwise services are beneficial to you, you understand, agree and acknowledge that they may not be the appropriate solution for everyone's needs and that they may not be appropriate for every particular situation and/or a substitute for certain care needs that might require in-person consultation.
